Ensuring strong mental and emotional fitness often starts with being physically fit.

Funded by a grant from the Department of Local Government, Sport & Cultural Industries, we are opening the door to a fitness circuit program available on Thursdays from 12pm to 2pm.

Simply bring along some workout gear and join our instructor, Kate, for an afternoon of fun and fitness.
