COUNSELLING & CASE MANAGEMENT
Everyone, from time-to-time, needs some help with the pressures of life.
Our counselling service is a vital service for young people, aged between 12 and 25, to access at a time when they are feeling overwhelmed. Informal counselling and general mental health support services are available during all our opening hours.
There’s no waitlist, no appointments, no cost and no cut off times.
Just come in – the door is open.
Running weekly, we have an open door with a local, bulk-billed general practice.
Young people can visit the doctor for information, blood and STI tests, lumps and bumps, sexual health checks, vaccinations and generally anything you would see a GP for. Youth workers are also available to attend the appointment for additional support.
For more information on any of our programs, give us a call on 9274 3488.
YOUTH ALCOHOL & DRUG SUPPORT PROGRAM
This program, funded by WAPHA (WA Primary Health Alliance), opens the door to outreach and in-service support to those struggling with addiction or wanting to minimise the harm associated with substance use.
Swan City Youth Service can help if you are having a hard time with food, clothing, toiletries and more. Youth Workers are available Monday to Friday to help. Thanks to support from our partners Oz Harvest, Share the Dignity, Youth Futures and Donations from our Community Supporters. If you or a young person you know are doing it hard give us a call on 9274 3488 to find out how we can help.
