Drug and Alcohol Youth Service - Mission Australia
Supports SCYS by providing an Outreach Worker on Tuesday afternoons, creating a fast track into their detox unit for young people, providing support prior to and after rehab.
WA Substance Users Association
Provides educational workshops and support to SCYS for young people struggling with addiction and looking to minimise the harm associated with their substance use.
Headspace supports SCYS by providing an Outreach Worker on an as needed basis, to assist in breaking down the stigma and barriers these young people have in accessing mental health services and support.
Provides a Youth Outreach Worker where young people can access drug and alcohol counselling in an environment that's comfortable and safe for them to do so. The partnership is flexible and can allow a variety of services to be offered to the young people who attend SCYS.
Guildford Uniting Church and Guildford Tai Chi Society
Thanks to the donations received consistently from these two groups SCYS is able to provide three meals a day for young people who need it. We also provide food parcels in special circumstances when required.
North Metropolitan TAFE
Delivers Certificate in General Education II two days a week Wednesdays and Thursdays at SCYS for young people who are 16 to 25 years with support from youth workers.
Midland Gate Shopping Centre
Supports SCYS via gift vouchers for the purchase of food and clothing required for young people. SCYS and Midland Gate Shopping Centre have also done several urban art projects together in the ACE Cinemas Car Park which Midland Gate Management have funded.
